Sandy Bay Sailing Club (SBSC) is a volunteer-run family sailing club situated on the picturesque Derwent River in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia. Well known for our friendly, welcoming environment, we offer lessons, training and racing for all skill levels and ages. Formed on 1 March 1948, we have grown to accommodate a wide range of dinghy classes including Optimist, International Cadet, Lasers, 29ers, Waszps and Windsurfer fleets.
