Function Venue Hire

The Sandy Bay Sailing Club is ideally located overlooking the beautiful Derwent River with views to Hobart City, Mount Wellington and the Eastern Shore.

 

The first floor clubhouse is available for private hire for those special events whether it be a:

 

• • Birthday
  • Wedding
  • Business meeting

 

The main hall is available as a “dry hire” meaning you are hiring the venue with full use of the adjoining kitchen and expansive outside deck area or catered.  Facilities include:

 

• • Full kitchen facilities
  • Crockery, cutlery, microwaves, oven, pie warmer
  • Seating for up to 40
  • Tressel tables and 2 round tables
  • Separate bar area with large display fridge
  • BBQ
